Kicksecure, and Whonix have been ported from GnuPG ("gpg") to Sequoia-PGP (“sq”).
Reasons:
- The APT package manager has been ported to sqv as of Debian trixie.
- The RPM package manager was ported to Sequoia.
- Qubes builder infrastructure uses sequoia.

Therefore, gpg-bash-lib is no longer in use
