Some default apps in K18 just can't work

How to install Zulucrypt?

Zulucrypt was default app in the past, was removed which i am assuming there are reasons why. But i cannot seem to be able to install it in persistent mode. sudo apt-add-repository ppa:hda-me/zulucrypt sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install zulucrypt-cli zulucrypt-gui If i try without the repository it says it cannot find the packages then i try adding THE REPO IT says command not recognized.
