Hi, don’t know if this has been posted,
Is it possible to build Kicksecure on the ARM64 Debian (like in whonix dev)
as a bootable USB?
Thanks for all of your work, one of the best OS’s out there!

Maybe. At time of writing, it is Undocumented, Untested or Unsupported Features, because there is no maintainer for ARM64.
Option A) Build an ISO source code.
If you mean build from source code: Kicksecure ™ VM Build Documentation + you could try this build option:
--arch arm64
Option B) (Install Debian on USB +) distro-morphing. → Install Kicksecure inside Debian
