Cannot run some AppImage apps after Kicksecure upate

Some AppImage, not all, cannot run anymore after the latest point release 17.2.3.7 update. Here is an example with Bitwarden:

[user ~]% ./AppImage/Bitwarden-2024.9.0-x86_64.AppImage
[9616:1002/015207.279258:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(163)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /tmp/user/1000/.mount_BitwarIjvoLY/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.
