Changing kicksecure repository to tester will add tor+ by default to the repo

If i have set kicksecure repo to be over clearnet using only https and then i switched the repository to tester using repository-dist-wizard it will add tor+ to the repository which is disrespecting user preferences if he choose C: Clearnet Rep.
