Any ideas when we can expect morphing for debian 13 please?

Distribution morphing from Debian 13 to Kicksecure 18 will most likely be made available at the same time as the first release-ready Kicksecure 18 VM and ISO images are made available.

There isn’t a specific ETA, but I would expect a beta-quality release sometime soon.
