Make systemcheck-gui (run from the icon) report a better message when no Tor connection presented: (the test is made in debian morphed into kicksecure (installing kicksecure-cli package) with gnome DE

When first time starting without Tor connection the systemcheck will give false message that there are upgrades, This false message can be produced as well if you use sudo apt update or similar in terminal and then run systemcheck (it wont be able to run sudo apt update or any sudo apt because you (the user) still using sudo which result into blocking systemcheck sudo apt usage result in false message)
