Questions about LKRG and Debian's hardening-runtime package

What are the differences between Debian’s hardening-runtime package and Kicksecure’s LKRG?

Can I use both? I’m using this for a host machine.

  • Isn’t similar to LKRG.
  • Isn’t needed at time of writing (unless it makes quantum leaps forward in development for which I currently cannot find indications).
  • What hardening-runtime does as per its description is already done by security-misc, which does a lot more and is pre-installed in Kicksecure.
