What can we import to security-misc from Brace?

When I was looking over the ToDo section and I came accross Brace and never heard of it before.

I tested the Disable JIT variables on my Kick installation:

Didn’t see any performance issues but, is any software shipped that it would effect in the first place?

Web browsers use their own JS engines, these variables don’t change JIT in web browser, maybe if you were using Epiphany. Electron Apps usually bundle their own v8 engine anyway right?

Most core LXQt applications are native C++/Qt. Is there any included GNOME apps included like Image/Doc Viewers that use JIT or have the capability since even non GNOME DE’s still have some GNOME included.
